what is a good Nikon Lense for portraits?

What's the distinction? I have a D200. I will have to get the DX ones or am I wrong there? I can use any Nikon lenses ?

For point and shoots the lowest setting for ISO is 64. So why did Nikon’s D90 start at 200?

Does this have something to do with sensor size? If so, a DSLR ISO 200 (Nikon D90) would be on par with 35mm 25 ASA, or 64 ASA in terms of resolution? Anyway, lowest setting I discovered was 64, may be there is lower.
